Exchanges and Refunds Policy

Shipping policy


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange. Store credit and exchange no money back. 
In order to be eligible for an exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in! Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. The item must also be in the same packaging. 

Additional non-returnable items

Bodysuits, white clothing, accessories, and undergarments, and prom dresses are final sales.

Items bought using a promo codes or promotional items are final sales. Some health and personal care items.

To complete an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send purchase back to the manufacture.

There are certain citations where no exchange is granted(if applicable)

  • Any items not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error.
  • Any items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery. 

Refunds(if applicable) 

We accept returns, however we currently don’t accept returns for refunds, sorry we do not offer money back.

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at and send your items to: 2840 28th St Boulder, Co 80301 with prove or purchase. There is no pre-paid label provided by us that will cover shipping cost for return. All exchanges are final sales. 


To return an item, you should mail it 2840 28th St Boulder, Co 80301. 
You will be responsible for paying for you own shipping cost for returning your item. There are no return labels provided by us. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live the amount of time that it may take to for you refund item may vary.
